We just learned of the sudden death of this master of the comic that was Carlos Trillo. Today, the world of comics, the Ninth Art, literature, graphic, feel their loss.

Finally and with great excitement, get the teacher's response on February 28, expressing interest in coming to Guayaquil, request additional information about the days of stay and activities to develop, finally in March confirming their attendance in July to Plaza Colón.
Unfortunately, an unexpected and sudden illness of his mother, took Carlos to withdraw to come. However, it was kind gesture which we appreciate, to recommend to a young talent, Diego Agrimbau, winner of First Prize of Planeta de Agostini Comics Extra Metro for his work with artist Gabriel Ippoliti.
Diego was thus joined us this year in the Fifth National Comics Convention Plaza Colón. After the event, we wrote to Carlos Trillo to thank you for the experience shared with Diego. Carlos was pleased because I knew the experience of Diego.
This is how we remember Carlos, not only for his creative talent but also for his people skills. The Comic Club of Guayaquil regrets this terrible loss and expressed condolences to the entire world of the Ninth Art, but a special way to our friends and brothers in the comic Argentina: Eduardo Risso, Diego Agrimbau, Laura Vazquez, Ariel Olivetti, Cesar Carrizo, Cecilia Soledad Giandomenico "Keki Unpuntito" and Javier Suppa.
